PRIMARY YEARBOOK SUBMISSIONS
We are taking submissions right now for First day of school and extracurricular pictures. Submissions must be 1 MB in size and can be submitted to wyoprimyearbook@gmail.com.
We are also looking for volunteers at each school to help us out with taking pictures when needed and 1-2 additional people (from any building) who are interested in helping us build the yearbook. Anyone interested in either of those can email to wyoprimyearbook@gmail.com
4th grade parents- a high-resolution digital picture of your child for the farewell page in the yearbook should be sent by 1/31. Please include your child’s building and homeroom. Pic needs to be at least 1 MB.
Picture should be a current picture, outside of school. Many parents choose a favorite vacation, sports or professional picture (if you need some ideas)
As we get through the submissions we will respond that we received it or will advise you if the picture is too small to print clearly. We really just zoom in on these face for the collage. If you have an older yearbook, you can take a look at the farewell page in the back to give you some ideas. Should be the last double page spread.

If you (or know of a family in the community) have a child eligible for the up-coming 2018-2019 school year, please contact the Hilltop Office, Colleen Bell at 513-206-7278 or email bellc@wyomingcityschools.org with the following information:

- Note: your child must be 5 years of age before or on September 3o in order to register for the 2018-2019 school year.
Please plan to attend our 2018-2019 Kindergarten Information Session on Wednesday, March 7, 6:30 p.m. at Hilltop School. This meeting (parents/guardians only) will provide a complete overview of the kindergarten registration process and required documents, as well as the options for attending our half day (AM or PM) or our tuition based all day program. You will have the opportunity to meet our kindergarten teachers and other district personnel. We encourage your attendance.
